40” Lawn Tractor Petrol Honda V Twin 2216h Ride On Mower

A much loved Honda V Twin 2216 Hydrostatic Ride on Mower that needs a new home! A 16hp V-twin air cooled engine gives great performance and easy starting every time. Featuring a lever blade engagement system with variable cutting depth lever and a vast 300 litre grass bag with bag-full indicator and audible alert, you ll enjoy mowing in comfort. Larger wheels also minimise impact on the lawn and the tyres are all in good condition. With a hydrostatic drive the HF 2216 H ensures smooth operation at any speed without the need to change gears. Has a forward and reverse gear with foot and parking brake. This was bought in 2000 and has been used regularly for no more than 2 hours at a time and has reliably cut an extensive garden and paddock. The mower has always been serviced with Genuine Honda Parts and oil changed every two years. Had a service last year with new oil, air and fuel filter etc. Very reliable, 1 Key, user manual, starts first time and cuts really well with the hydrostatic drive system that keeps the cutting deck moving at the same speed regardless of the speed the mower is travelling. It is in pretty good condition for its age, some cracks in plastic fairings that have been repaired and a few dents in the cutting deck housing but normal knocks that occur over time that do not affect the operation of the mower. Had new blades and cutting deck belt fitted two years ago in addition to a new battery but the mower has not been used in anger for over a year so needs a new home! Tyres all in excellent condition, Back box also in good condition. Will be a shame to see her go but a good machine needs to be used and she puts dare I say it, the fun back into mowing!!
