Atco Commodore B17petrol Lawn Mower Self Propelled

This ATCO lawn mower has been used and has definitely seen some action. I have put some petrol in it and it started fairly easily and seems to run perfectly. The rear roller propells the mower so the user just walks behind and controls the direction. Runs on petrol so no fear of running over the electricity cable. In that respect you could say it is cordless. Not been tried out on grass so can t vouch for the quality of the cut. May require the blades sharpening as they show signs of rust. The cutter bar seems in pretty good nich so this machine should give you nice stripes on your freshly cut lawn (if you cut in different directions). I assume that the 17 is the mowing width in inches hence the listing of 42-44cm. The mower is green with a red engine to make it easier to find against grass. Comes with the original collector box. Currently the cover for the drive chains is off (don t know why) but will fit with a little persuasion. The mower has been sat at the back of a garage which has recently been cleared. The owner (my Father in Law) used it for years before employing somone to cut the lawn so it is now redundant. Perfect for cutting lawns or stripping for parts (someone is selling the collector box alone for £30). Would make an ideal engine for a go cart project.
