It does cut and the sweeper works fine. This is a rough mower the deck has been repaired in places and has been coated with what looks like under-seal to cover the holes and rust.The sweeper is rusty in places but its still usable. Basically this is a mower that can be used as it is but it is rough and its not perfect in anyway. If this had a better deck I would be selling for £1750 and it would sell no problem so this is very cheap.
