Hayter Spirit 41 Self Propelled Petrol Mower

Here we have my hayter spirit 41 mower. I have owned it from new (approx 2009) which cost me £400. It is the self propelled version so little effort is needed, just squeeze the bar and away you go. I am selling as although it starts after several pulls, but used to start immediately before the problem, it seems to rev perfectly fine on the choke but then when choke goes off it dips in revs. I ve got no idea about mowers, I ve bought a second hand 1 now, so if anyone has a little know how I m pretty sure it could be sorted.
