Honda Hrx 476 Qx 19 Push Mower

For sale my Honda HRX 476Cuts the grass lovely and leaves great stripes due the steel roller. Starts fine. It does have one issue I m sure it s a easy fix but don t know for sure. I can t seem to change the cutting height. The height adjustment level moves up and down but the blades don t. For this reason it s sold as seen with no returns.
