Welcome to the sale of this John Deere garden tractor as shown This is the Sabre 1336HR model, which has a hydrostatic (automatic) gearbox, a 13.5hp Briggs and Stratton electric start Industrial Commercial (better than the standard model, with full bearing crank and a cast iron cylinder) engine. 36in cutting width, with efficient direct-collect rear mounted grassbox Generally looks in tidy order. Some minor damage to the front of the plastic bonnet, but nothing serious. Good grassbox, with only minor damage to the canvas as you would expect for a used machine New battery just fitted Starts and runs fine. Very strong hydro - will pull wheelies if you stamp on the pedal. Brakes and steering all okay The cutter deck has been repainted, and there is some evidence that there is rust underneath the shiny coating. It is also not lifting correctly on the height adjuster, and the drive belt slips when you engage the cutter before it gets up to speed, so this area of the machine will probably need some attention. But its still a John Deere so well worth doing the work on.
