Kubota G21 Ride On Mower High Tip Collector Road Registered

Kubota G21 ride on mower with high tip collector. Road registered with log book. Been sat in a barn for the past 6 months. All seems to work, but ideally wants a service. 3 cylinder 21hp diesel engine. Doesn’t appear to be power at the heater plugs, I stuck a jump lead on the heater plugs and it started straight up.
