Mountfield Hp164 Petrol Push Mower

Mountfield HP 164 Petrol Push Mower. Only used once as the pull start broke. The pull start is now works but needs a quick tug to engage and then pull to start as normal. This is not a major problem. Its something to do with the pawls inside the starter. I can make the starter work properly but then when running the mower makes a rattling metal noise. This is a pawls inside rattling about. Put the little springs back over the pawls, noise stops but more force reauired to extend pawls hence the quick tug. Excellent condition with a few scratches here and there but nothing major.
