Mountfield Petrol Lawnmower Self Propelled Spares/ Repair

Selling a Mountfield petrol lawnmower,  purchased from New approximately four years ago, this is being sold as spares or repair, I am not sure what is wrong with it when pulling the starting cord it wont start. Please look at pictures for condition. It did work fine last summer with no problems. Local collection only due to size and weight. Cash on collection. Just to confirm this is not working ( I have sold a washer previously as not working clearly said I didn t know what was wrong and I was then left bad feedback for it not working)
