Qualcast Classic Petrol 35s Push Mower (self Propelled With Roller)

Qualcast Classic Petrol 35S Push Mower (self propelled with rear roller) A few years old, but in excellent cosmetic condition.As the mower has stood in the garage for approx 3 years (as I ve been using a Honda) I can t get it running.
