Ride On Mower Mtd J/115, Spares Or Repairs

Ride on Mower MTD J/115 for spares or repairs. Mower has been kept outside for a couple of years and is not working. We have no lawnmower experience so not sure if it could be mended or just used for parts. List of known obvious issues, not limited to: No key, chassis split and bent (would need welding if viable). Unsure if the battery in the mower is the correct one or if it works.  Not sure if engine is working (doubt it is).  Multitude of bolts and clips missing, engine cover has come away (again bolts missing).  Flat tyres, wheel axel bar present, bolts not. Grass box is in fairly good condition, some minor fraying to edge. Mow deck rusted, blade turns by hand, multiple springs and bolts missing here. Belt fraying but intact.
