Suffolk Punch 35s Self Propelled Petrol Lawnmower

I have used this mower every year for the past 15 years. However, this year, I couldn t get it to start because of a problem with the starter pulley. It jams every time I pull the starter cord. I have replaced the plastic pulley in the starter and fitted a new pull cord, but to no avail. With a bit of patience and a bit of tinkering, this mower could be restored back to working order.
