Suffolk Super Colt 24a Vintage Self Propelled Petrol Lawnmower

This (along with the other Suffolk mower in my other listings) came with a house my parents bought. I poured some new petrol in, gave it a few pulls on the chord and it didnt seem to want to start. I have spark and compression so im guessing there is probably some crud in the carb. Cosmetically it looks like its been used in a garden and stored in a shed for years - which is probably because it has... but its all there compete with grass bucket. Its obviously sold as seen.
