Toro Wheel Horse 14-38 HXL Sold as spares or repairs Everything seems to be there. But there are some issues that need ironing out. As far as I can see the main ones are that the fuel cap has a split in it but doesn t leak, the deck doesn t engage all the time, somethings not right with it. The steering has some play in it but it steers fine. I m not sure on all of the issues but these are the main ones I can see. Starts fine and has a fairly new battery, the engine seems good on it. Viewing is recommended, I ve been as honest as possible and although it does seem to work under any load the deck stops spinning. But seems to stop under load a bit too much load. It does start fine as I say, actually starts and really perfectly every time. Thanks again
