Vintage Atco Lawnmower Cylinder Self Propelled 16 Inch

Atco self Propelled mower. We have used this occasionally for many seasons and it has been very reliable but today we cannot get it to start. Pretty sure it dates from between the wars. Comes with starting handle etc. Have uploaded a couple of photographs - have a good look as they form the best description.
