Westwood Ride On Mower, Lawn Tractor, Racing Mower, Spares Repair Project

For sale is a Westwood ride on lawnmower.Please excuse that there are only three pictures. I will try to update the listing with more tomorrow.I had two of these and I believe this one started life as an S800 with a 8hp Briggs and Stratton engine. The original engine suffered bottom end failure and was replaced with a second hand but considerably newer 8hp Tecumseh engine. I have no idea what the Tecumseh engine came out of as it doesn t appear to have any form of governor? I had it running using careful throttle control and from memory it sounded nice all be it very loud due to the fact there is no exhaust on it!I have two 36 cutting decks and another 5 speed transaxle with wheels, which are included in the sale if you want them.This would be the ideal base for a racing or mud mower. It also has a tow ball and would probably be good as a small yard tractor. I ve also seen parts from them used on tot rods.Alternatively you could just recommission it and use it as a lawnmower again.Please keep in mind that this is a project that has been sat in a barn under a tarp for the last couple of years and should be treated as spares or repair with no warranty given or implied.There will no doubt be parts that are loose and there may be other small parts missing.Also please note that this is collection only and you will require a van or trailer to move it.I can help with loading if required.Viewing welcome.I may be able to deliver locally for a fee.Any questions feel free to email me.Thanks for looking.
