East-Lawn on eBay The independent Westwood and Countax specialist FOR SALE WESTWOOD S1300 RIDE ON TRACTOR MOWER Fitted with a three blade 36 cut deck and the Countax designed powered grass collector. This tractor also has the larger 20 rear wheels fitted and it has the better heavy cast iron front axle which helps keep the front down when the grass bags full. The powered grass collector has a rear roller that will give lawns a traditional striped finish. They are excellent for picking up not just grass cuttings but twigs, leaves and other debris at this time of year. The engine is a single cylinder Briggs Stratton 12.5 hp unit. This tractor came to me as a part exchange last spring. It has been well looked after and serviced well. I have done bits to it over the summer which included some steering parts, bearings and belts, It is now set up as it should be and having used it a few time myself I know it s all working well. The bonnet has had a quick re-spray because it had lost it s red colour on top in the sun. It s not as good as new but looks fine for an old girl. The high back seat is new and the battery is only 6 months old. It s grass net has a few very small holes in it and the paint has been tidied up around the tip handle and edge of lid, but not that well (see photo 12) To sum up, this is a tough little mower that is easy to use and is running well. It has benefited from being our garden workhorse for the last six months.
