Westwood S600 Ride On Sit On Mower Garden Tractor Spares Repair Winter Project

On offer is a Westwood S600 ride on mower which, because of its age and condition, is sold as being suitable for spares or repair as a winter project. It is powered by its original Tecumseh engine and fitted with a 30” single bladed rear discharge cutting deck. These early models are very basic, having no battery or other electrics and only a recoil starter on the engine. The gearbox has five forward and one reverse gear. For a machine of its age it is in quite sound overall condition and with a bit of fettling could be put back into full working order. The engine runs and it drives in all gears. The tyres have some cracking in the side walls but all hold pressure. The seat has a crack in the plastic covering but is structurally sound. The body has no major rust but there is some lifting paint and light rust in places. The cutting deck has been extensively refurbished in the past and could do with a bit of paint but there is no perforation and it could probably be used as it is if required. Due to its size and weight it is offered on a collection in person basis. Delivery is possible but please check with me for a cost estimate before bidding.
