Deck The deck fitted is a 38 Inch XRD which is a 3 blade with a rear discharge, the decks are built very well fabricated from high-grade steel and built to professional specification. Its reinforced with a thick impact steel bar for further protection.This deck is ideal for cutting large rougher areas, but will also cut a lawn and leave a beautiful finish. The Westwood deck can also be easily be removed for maintenance cleaning Deck Height Adjustment  The lightweight deck height selector can be adjusted through nine incremental settings to provide a cutting height of 12mm to 101mm, the lever for the manual lift feature a trigger style locking system. The Westwood machines use a sweeper system so the grass is cut by the deck and then dropped on the lawn the sweeper the sweeps up the cutting and throws them into the collector, this system will never block or clog up even when the clippings are damp, most of the other machines throw the clipping into the collector with the power of the blades causing air flow but if the grass wet it sticks to the tube and clogs up.
