Yanmar petrol powered lawn mower spares or repair This auction is for my Yanmar lawn mower.I m selling it spare or repair as although working fine at the beginning of last year, towards the end of the season the revs started to “hunt” i.e. go up and down. This season it didn’t want to start at all. I can get it to start and run for a few second with a squirt of an “easy start” aerosol, but it wont run on its own. So it looks to be a fuel or carburetor fault rather than an ignition fault. I’m lucky enough to have a second mower, so have just been using that and planed to fix this one. However, I’m in the middle of a big building project so my time is very short, as such I have decided to sell this mower as “spares or repairs”. As I need the space in the garage to store building materials. It is otherwise in very good used condition, it is very well made (as you would expect from Yanmer) thick strong alloy deck, Grass bag included, nothing broken or damaged (other than whatever is the cause of it to not start)It s self propelled, so ideal if your lawn is on slope. Although not as common, I would say this mower is easily as well made as a Honda or Hayter mower If you are local and would like to view before you bid, that is fine please message me to arrange at time.
