19″ Honda Hr1950 Petrol Rotary Self Propelled Lawnmower /mower Spares Or Repair

Honda HR1950 rotary mower. 19 cut, grassbag, self propelled. Roto-Stop blade brake. Does start and run but I would think the engine will need a service and tune up at the least. The drive only seems to engage after the mower is pushed a bit first but the blade engages fine. The grassbag has been repaired where the canvas joins onto its frame but is perfectly useable. Solid aluminium deck appears to be in good shape. Used condition. Selling strictly for spares or repairs due to the faults described and you bid with full knowledge of this. CASH on collection please.
