This is a Countax A230D ride on lawn mower. This is the latest model of Diesel mower made by Countax and is not to be confused with the older diesel that was made for years. This latest model has a 3 cylinder yanmar 23 hp diesel engine fitted which is much smoother and quieter than the old 2 cylinder V-twin models and these engine have a 3000 + hour lifetime (if serviced). This is the top of the range (rrp £10,500) and has hydrostatic drive, electric cutter clutch, Electric sweeper lift and electric grass box empty function. It comes with a 50 inch finishing deck and also comes with a 42inch HGM (High Grass Mulching - additional £1,050 when new) deck which will cut thick grass and even grass upto 6 feet tall! So this machine gives you the flexibility to cut your lawn and also cut a paddock or rough area too. If you ve done your research, you ll know that Countax s give the best best finish there is and will also stripe your lawn at the same time too. Just to say, the diesel engine is very economical and will use a lot less fuel than a petrol engine and if you run it on red diesel (I buy red diesel from our local Canal Chandlery shop) you will save a considerable amount of money. As you can see the mower is in excellent condition and has not done very much work. Its in excellent working order too and has just had the engine serviced and is all ready to be used by the new owner. It comes with 2 keys, owners manual and the 2 cutting decks.
