Hayter Petrol Push Type Lawn Mower Inc Grass Box

Here we have my Hayter Lawn Mower requiring a new home Briggs and Stratton 375 engine It needs a bit of tlc with respect to a good tune up / clear out It suffers with the known Hayter issue of surging when running, it still cuts the grass absolutely fine, when googling the problem it can either be a blocked fuel filter in bottom of tank or the carb needs a good clear out and retune, I havent fixed it due to inheriting a larger model and havent got the time to strip it and fix it .
