Honda 2113 Ride On Mower. Runs But Spares Or Repairs

Honda ride on mower. For repairs. Battery flat but starts straight up with jump pack. Body work faded and tatty. Started it with jump pack and fires straight up but belt underneath is very lose and falls off when you start cutter. Also not sure how it moves back and forward as It would not move for me. Been told it may have been because I was not sat on seat, but can t sit on seat as jump pack was under seat to start it. So may or may not work.
