Honda Hydrostatic 2213 Ride On Mower

YOU ARE BIDDING ON A HONDA HYDROSTATIC 2213 GARDEN TRACTOR RIDE ON MOWER This mower was working well up to October 2013 and has good battery. Unfortunately the lever to engage/disengage cutting deck has been snapped off and one arm for grass bag is broken (I still have components) so although battery and electrics work it will not turn over. I believe this is a safety feature although I m no expert. I am selling this as a spares or repair mower but I see no reason other than that explained why it can t be made good by someone who knows what to do. The right tyres are deflated and the condition is as seen in pictures provided. It has 461 hours on clock as shown in photo.
