The engine does start but splutters a bit the dies. Occasionally it might work for a while. I guess it fuel or air supply but I m just guessing. The body is in good condition for its age. If you had a similar model with a rotten body you could probably make one good working mower. That was my plan until my in laws gave me there old mower Collection from Shifnal Shropshire
