Mountfield Sp474 Self Propelled Power Drive Petrol Lawn Mower Lawnmower

This is a Mountfield SP474 rotary mower which as you can see is in good condition. This is a good solid mower – a robust, well-made mower with a proper metal deck, the reliable Mountfield RV150 engine, 450mm cutting width, a single lever to adjust the height and easy to use self-drive (you just squeeze the handle to go and release it to stop). The handle folds away easily for storage - in fact this one has the double fold handle - by releasing the two lower knobs it can be quickly folded to the compact size shown in photo 4. The grass box then folds and fits on top to take up a very small corner of your shed. However, I think it needs a service – it sometimes takes a few pulls to start and also runs a bit unevenly.
