This auction is for a MTD Lawnflite 12.5/38 ride on mower. It is powered by a Briggs and Stratton 12.5 HP horizontally opposed twin cylinder engine with manual gearbox giving seven forward and one reverse gear. The cutting deck has twin blades giving a 38” width of cut and is adjustable in height to any of four fixed positions. Overall the machine is considered to be in good useable condition. The body and chassis are structurally sound but as can be seen in the pictures the paint work is punctuated by light surface rust in various places. The cutting deck is solid with no repairs and has recently been repainted, the bearings are quiet and a new kevlar drive belt has been fitted. The seat is sound with the corners and base of the cushion having been taped. The tyres are all hold pressure and the battery charges and the lights work. Due to its size and weight it is offered on a collection in person only basis.
