Ride On Lawnmower No Blades

this a Mountfield ride on petrol lawnmower blades removed for spares or repair my son bought for a project but never got started on it the engine is a Briggs and Stratton 4 cycle engine 400 cc 11hp tyres are good on it as you can see in pics we charged the battery but it would not turn over think starter motor has had it has been sprayed black by previous owner not a very good job by him it has been sitting my garden for a year now so want it gone cash on collection thankyou for looking .
