Westwood T1800 Ride On Mower/ Garden Tractor

Westwood T1800 ride on mowercomes with 42inch cutting deck and grass collector18HP twin cylinder petrol Kohler engineselling as spares or repair as the mower was running when parked up about 2 years ago but does not start now, i can turn the engine over by hand but the engine will not turn over on the starter motor even with jump leads, possible faulty solenoid or starter.
