Westwood W11 Ride On Tractor Tug With 50mm Ball And Eye For Trailer Towing

On offer is a Westwood W11 Gazelle ride on garden tractor which is sold as a towing tug as it has no cutting deck fitted. It is powered by an 11 HP Briggs and Stratton petrol engine (which has both electric and recoil starters) and has five forward and one reverse gear. The engine starts on the key or by use of the recoil starter, all gears are present, the brake works, the lights work and all tyres all hold pressure. The bodywork is in very good order and the seat is structurally sound although the plastic covering has split in several places as can be seen in the photographs. It is fitted with a towing bracket that bolts onto the original towing eye and converts it to a strong 50 mm towing ball arrangement. The bracket can easily be detached to reveal the original towing eye thus making it a versatile towing tug. The towing bracket and the original towing eye arrangement are shown in the pictures. The original deck securing and operating fittings are all still in place so a cutting deck could easily be fitted if desired. Due to its size and weight it is offered on a collection in person only basis. Delivery is possible but please contact me via eBay for a cost estimate before bidding.
